Return Policy

Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase, with the product being unused. The customer is responsible for shipping costs, and all products will undergo inspection before acceptance. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Without an RMA, returns will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the product being received in the condition described above. Upon approval, the customer will be notified of the processing time, which is dependent on the bank’s processing time.
